Inspect Upon Delivery
Thoroughly check your beverage crates and bottles at the time of arrival to ensure all seals are intact and products are within their expiry dates.
Report Discrepancies
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify our delivery personnel immediately or contact our customer service hotline within 24 hours.
Verification Process
Provide a digital photo of the damaged goods and your original invoice to our support team for verification and quality control assessment.
Resolution
Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement delivery or issue a credit note for your next purchase within 3 to 5 business days.
